Job Opportunity: Studios Maintenance Technician

Rate: £200 p/day
 
Cell Studios is seeking additional maintenance support to join our team. We are looking for a knowledgeable, practical, and hands-on maintenance or trades professional to work across our buildings in East and South-East London. The role reports to the Head of Operations and works closely with the Studios Operations Coordinator.
 
Requirements
 
  • Full UK driving licence (to drive Cell’s company van or use your own vehicle)
  • Solid basic maintenance and repair skills, including:
    • Plumbing
    • Painting and decorating
    • Light carpentry
 
You will become part of a small, friendly team and play an important role in the day-to-day running, upkeep, and presentation of Cell’s studio facilities, helping to maintain a high-quality working environment.
 
Contract & Growth
 
• Minimum agreed daily rate of £200
• Typically, 4–8 days per month initially
• There is room for growth: for the right candidate, and subject to satisfactory performance following a 2-month probation period, we can commit to a set number of working days per month.
