Cell Project Space

Cell Studios is excited to launch our inaugural residency programme offering a space for one artist or collective to experiment, explore and expand their creative practice without the pressure of a prescribed outcome. This residency offers time, space and industry professional support to follow curiosity, take risks, and let ideas unfold naturally. Eligible practices include emerging artists, established practitioners, makers, researchers or participants of a creative collective.

What you will receive:

• Dedicated studio space with 24/7 access for three months.
• All utilites included.
• One mentorship session with an industry professional.
• Opportunities to connect and collaborate with peers and other Cell artists.
• Optional sharing or presentation opportunities if appropriate.

When: The residency will take place over 3 consecutive months before March 31st, 2027.

Applicant(s) may be selected for online or live interviews as part of the selection process.

Deadline for applications is 23:59 on October 27th with successful applicants notified by November 3rd.
